About John Frushour:

John’s responsibilities include NYP’s Security Operations Center, Identity and Access Management Team, Vulnerability and Forensics Team, Security Engineering and Architecture Teams, Enterprise Messaging, Authentication Services, Risk, and Policy. Previously, John was the Deputy CISO at Nuance Communications, where he served in a similar capacity. Before this position, John was the Corporate Director for Enterprise Architecture at Motorola Solutions. At Motorola, John designed and deployed the network and infrastructure systems by which government/public safety organizations across the country communicate. John is a retired Marine Officer, combat Veteran, and "Mustang”. John has degrees in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky (BS) and Naval Postgraduate School (MS) and expert-level certifications from Cisco, VMware and ISC.
